What is a credit?
A credit is Nomadvice's internal currency. Every subscription plan comes with a set number of credits per month. Credits are used to run searches.
How many credits does a search cost?
Every search costs exactly 15 credits — regardless of the complexity of your request. This means the cost per search is always predictable.
What happens to unused credits?
Unused credits expire at the end of your billing period. On the Pro plan, up to 30 credits roll over to the following month once. If unused again, they expire.
Can I buy extra credits?
Yes — credit top-up packs are available to all active subscribers. Top-up credits never expire during your active subscription period.
When does my subscription renew?
Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days from your purchase date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Can I upgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately. The price difference is prorated for the remaining days in your billing cycle.
