Each User while adding User Content to the Platform acknowledges and complies with the following rules:

1. Accuracy. Users add the User Content that is accurate and supported by reliable sources.
2. Genuine opinions. Users express opinions honestly and in good faith, without intent to deceive or mislead others, and do not make false or misleading statements.
3. Non-defamatory. Users do not make defamatory statements or comments that could harm the reputation of an individual or entity.
4. Non-offensive. Users avoid offensive language, including language that is hateful, discriminatory, or threatening, and do not make statements that could be perceived as threatening or abusive towards other Users or Visitors, both individuals and groups of people.
5. Non-promotion of illegal activity. Users do not promote or condone illegal activity in User Content.
6. Respect for intellectual property. Users add User Content that do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of other Users or Visitors, including copyrights, trademarks, and database rights.
7. Legal duties. Users do not breach any legal duties owed to third parties, including contractual duties and duties to maintain confidentiality.

By following these User Content guidelines, Users can contribute to the Platform in a way that is responsible, respectful, and compliant with the platform's Terms of Use and applicable laws.
